Sales Coordinator

Summary of Position



The primary responsibilities of this position are to complete timely, accurate and quality market baskets assigned by the Bid Analyst. 

 Responsibilities



·         Complete accurate and quality market baskets through strong investigative and decision making skills to meet established deadlines.

·         Demonstrates a strong work ethic through strong productivity and “doing what it takes” to get the job done.

·         Utilize multiple systems and consistently demonstrate strong computer techniques that enhance productivity. 

·         Apply computer techniques obtained in training sessions and demonstrate proficiency in order to improve productivity.

·         Strong eye for detail to review market baskets for accurate matches and format.

·         Demonstrates a strong work ethic through strong productivity and “doing what it takes” to get the job done.

·         Maintain professionalism and positive attitude under tight deadlines.

 

 

Qualifications

·         Education (Minimum required):  High school graduate; prefer some college or degree.

·         Experience (Minimum required):  1 year of analytical or bid process experience.   Food industry knowledge helpful.

·         Specialized Knowledge Required for Performance of Job:  Analytical ability, food industry knowledge (preferred) strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize.  Demonstrate strong knowledge or ability to enhance technical skill set and apply application of Access, Excel, and Data Warehouse and utilize to increase productivity of market baskets. 

·         Special Skills:  Team player, maintain positive attitude during tight deadlines, and flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines.
