Seasonal & PT Customer Service Representatives

Crystal Springs is looking to hire Seasonal Full-Time & Regular Part-time Customer Service Representatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes inbound calls including information, service requests, billing, and delivery. Provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Identifies customer needs, explains product features and benefits and overcomes objections. Displays problem solving skills and creativity in resolving customer problems and concerns. Accesses on-line computer system and complete routing data entry, including service requests, and references routine billing requests. Clarify and resolve all open billing issues.

FOR CONSIDERATION YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
Ability to listen and respond to customers effectively. Excellent problem solving skills. Flexible work hours.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma.

SHIFT: Closing Shift-12 p.m.-9:00 p.m.(Monday – Friday)

PAY RATE: $12.50/hour

PAY COMMENTS: $13.00 after 90 days of successful performance

SEASONAL DURATION: May - August

Employment is contingent on passing a drug screen, background check, and typing test. There are no benefits offered with either position.

 

Important: all applicants must be available to start 4 week paid training beginning Monday, May 12, 2008 from 8:00am-5pm Mon-Fri.
