Senior Financial Analyst

This position will also be required to build strong relationships across functional areas to assist in LEAN & value improvement efforts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly and/or monthly projections and weekly estimates Responsible for month end detailed business reporting and analysis, business reviews & presentations. Responsible for weekly reporting including gross margin analysis, weekly sales/price analysis, etc. Responsible for the development of proactive operational business analysis used by the core management team for decision making. Assist in the analysis of LEAN opportunities designed to increase the profitability of the business unit & / or increase overall efficiencies. Responsible for supporting new product investment and development. Assist in the development of the Long-range plan (LRP) as required. Leveraging cross functional ties to assist in Brand Consolidation projects. Special projects: CER (Capital request) business case and NPV and investment analyses. Create ad-hoc reports and analysis based on requests from management. Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting, MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of three years in financial planning/reporting, accounting, or complimentary functional expertise. Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills are required. Knowledge of GAAP and SLC financial policies preferred. Excellent PC skills (Excel, Hyperion and SAP).
