Senior Manager - Area Support ( Food )

Position Summary:Serves as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to standards and practices for retail food production, delivery and culinary services. Typically aligned with an SVP or VP and supports that geography. Ensures compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of standards and other regulatory requirements, as well as with Sodexho's templates and standards for customer service. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account development, and account operations. Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans. Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals. This position will support the West Coast Region Hospital Operations in CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NV, UT, AZ and HI as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to standards and practices for food production, delivery and culinary servfices also includes RETAIL services. Candidate may home office with extensive travel required for different locations.
