Senior Web Developer Skills Required: Senior Web Developer Job Description: Position: Web DeveloperCompany is the owner of 4 divisions that operate under separate names in different markets to reach people across the United States and Internationally. What you willl be doing: The Web Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining all websites for the different divisions. We are looking for an individual to take our company websites to new levels of excellence. As senior developer, this position will design, develop, maintain and manage company websites for all divisions. The position will provide technology leadership to support development of new E-Commerce sites and the expansion of current sites for all divisions. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and five to seven years programming experience is required. Good communication and analysis skills are also required. The ideal Webmaster/Developer candidate should have a solid track record with: ** Designing, implementing, and maintaining all web assets using ASP.Net 2.0, SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and similar technologies ** Experience with ecommerce platforms/shopping carts such as AbleCommerce, osCommerce, or ASPdotNet ** Knowledge of analytical web coding and activity reporting, experience with Overture a plus ** Optimization of website load time and SEO Required Experience: ** 3-5+ years of website development, preferably with experience building transactional/consumer focused websites using ASP.Net. ** 3+ years writing and tuning queries and stored procedures with MSSQL/PLSQL ** Extensive experience with database design and administration (MS SQL Server, MySQL) ** Strong experience developing business rules and integrating web transactions with order processing systems ** Solid experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Flash ** Basic server administration experience across Windows, Unix, Linux ** Basic experience with Search Engine Marketing, Comparison Shopping Engines, and Email marketing The candidate must be willing to work from our Sun Prairie, WI location.
