HRCB61721 Dynamic Company on the South Shore is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their HR Team! Salary- 65-75K plus bonus! Responsibilities: Develop, implement and administer the Company's compensation programs Review internal positions for compliance with FLSA Make recommendations on the grading of positions and benchmarking Participate in merit increase program Provide compensation information and systems. Analyze data to design and implement compensation systems. Conduct research to ensure base pay is competitive at all levels Perform analysis and recommend job evaluations using the Company's job evaluation systems Participate in salary surveys, analyze results and make recommendations for wage/range adjustments Evaluate the company's pay programs such as overtim,Holiday pay and travel expenses  Qualifications: BA degree required- MBA desired 3-5 years of strong Compensation experience Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to make presentations Excellent analyzing abilities, detail oriented with good planning/organizational skills Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferredInterested candidates please send your resume in Word format to hrdivision@hollisterstaff.com .
