Sr. Director, Product Research & Development - International & Non-Traditional Venues

Overview
Papa John's is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed and results driven leader to oversee the development of all new product offerings for it's international and non-traditional (both domestic & non-traditional) venues, as well as developing revisions to current permanent menu products in these venues ensuring quality strategically aligns with Papa John's Better Ingredients, Better Pizza position.

As the leader of this team, you will fully support International and Non-Traditional annual development plans allocating resources to meet execution timelines. This includes maximizing profitability of product offerings by strategically considering implications of new products on all business entities (supply chain, restaurant operations, marketing, franchisees), partnering with marketing and operational teams on strategic planning and development of product categories, working cross-functionally to integrate annual product plans and new product offerings throughout the system and developing/maintaining product safety programs for International and Non-Traditional venues.

Job Skills/Requirements
Papa John's is seeking applicants with a minimum of 10 years experience as a Corporate Chef or R&D management experience. Experience with national restaurant chains and/or multi-unit operations required.

International and/or Non-Traditional experience critical to the success of this role.
