Sara Lee Corporation employs 137,000 people worldwide.Each and every day, Sara Lee (NYSE: SLE) delights millions of consumers and customers around the world.  The company has one of the world's best-loved and leading portfolios with its innovative and trusted food, beverage, household and body care brands, including Ambi Pur, Ball Park, Douwe Egberts, Hillshire Farm, Jimmy Dean, Kiwi, Sanex, Sara Lee, and Senseo.  Collectively, these brands generate more than $12 billion in annual net sales covering approximately 200 countries.  The Sara Lee community consists of 52,000 employees worldwide.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Build and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) operations team Build, monitor and report key throughput and output metrics making proposals for optimization; design and optimize TA scorecard Work in a matrix with peers influencing and collaborating on creating a best in class candidate/hiring manager/HR business partner recruitment experience Drive continuous improvements efforts in conjunction with Sara Lee’s corporate change agents Assess and select vendors relevant to implement TA strategy, monitor vendor performance and ROI.  Work with Procurement colleagues on RFI/RFP for key vendors Managing P&L, expense management, allocations and invoice follow up in collaboration with corporate accounting Work in conjunction with HRIS on Applicant Tracking System updates and optimizations, implementation of programs such as Employee and Manager self service, roll out of ATS systems across field units Coordinate the TA communication strategy in alignment with Corporate Communications to support employer branding and recruitment program communicationLive Sara Lee values: Act with integrity — Use imagination- Be inclusive — Team player — Have passion to excel BA required, MA or MS preferred 7 + years experience within Human Resources area; functional exposure/management of talent acquisition is an important asset Demonstrated process improvement skills and achievements Strong leadership and proven capability to work in a matrix environment with all levels of the organization Experience with Applicant Tracking System implementation and optimization An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
