Position Description:Ensure the preparation of financial statements, footnotes and other financial information in Forms 10-K and 10-Q, such as MD&A, are prepared and supported while maintaining internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and business unit accounting teams. Provide financial reporting support to investor relations and corporate communications (e.g. press release and conference call support). High degree of technical accounting knowledge and sophistication and the ability to apply this knowledge. Perform account reconciliation functions for certain accounts and disclosures.Sense of urgency, willing to work intensely at peak time.Curiosity and desire to learn key aspects of Molson Coors Brewing Company external reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field requiredMinimum 3 years of experience, preferably in public accounting or in industry with direct SEC reporting experience. Master’s degree a plus. CPA certification required - will consider candidates currently working towards certification. Experience using SAP financial systems a plus. Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
