Organization and Change Our Human Capital professionals address the critical elements of organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and analytics, talent management, workforce strategies, the people dimension of transformation, and virtual workplace management. We also help improve key components of change leadership, including leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer, and communications. Must have experience in the following areas of M&Aprojects: 1. Audience analysis, change readiness assessment 2. Communication strategy, planning, and execution 3. Training program design and development 4. Job impact analysis 5. Performance management/metric 6. User/management engagement 7. Organizational Design 8. Merger synergies/business case realization   - Experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment - Design and development of change management programs in full lifecycle Post Merger Integration - Led change management/communication teams through full PMI lifecycle - Contributed to the strategic design and implementation of custom training solutions in conjunction with large -scale M&A projects - Ideally, developed a blended M&A learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as strategic communication and change management plan.   Qualifications:   - 2+ years of experience and experience leading project teams of 5-10 resources on relevant engagements - Minimum of 2-3+ years M&A projects experience (PMI preferred) - Led change management thread (Communication, change impact assessment, organizational design) - Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred     NOTE: All applicants must understand the likeliness of extensive travel (up to 80%+) to national client locationsAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
