An HR Transformation Manager will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.  A qualified candidate has 6+ years of high tech industry experience and or consulting experience.    Deloitte Consulting's Technology, Media & Telecommunications group is composed of service professionals who have a wealth of experience serving technology, media and telecommunications companies in areas including software, semiconductors, cable, media and publishing, communication utilities, networking, wireless, computers and peripherals and related industries. These specialists understand the challenges that these companies face throughout all stages of their business growth cycle and are committed to helping them succeed.     Qualifications:   ·         Proven consulting/functional professional, with at least three full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations AND 6+ years of large-scale consulting experience. ·         Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team ·         Majority of engagement experience focused on the high tech, software, hardware and/or semiconductor market segment. ·         Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. ·         Project management experience ·         Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. ·         Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. ·         At least six years of external consulting experience in the SAP space, with depth in implementing and configuring of SAP HR ·         Proven skills as an integral team lead on at least two full cycle implementations ·         Strong configuration and design skills          ·         Excellent Research and Writing skills ·         Bachelors Degree Preferred ·         The ability to travel a minimum of 80% on a weekly basisAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
