Unit Controller 2

This could be YOUR exciting new opportunity! The Unit Controller Function as the Financial and Human Resources leader for a free standing Conference Center property. Responsibilities include: developing processes/ procedures to deliver on time, accurate financial reporting: forecasts, AP/ AR, expenses, earnings, inventories as well as responsibility for new hire paperwork, insurance, and employee relations for the staff on property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years as a controller in similar capacity with high volume of daily transactions; extensive knowledge of Excel and Office systems, and be able to interpret internet software, spreadsheets and various financial data; have excellent verbal and written skills as well as a general understanding of business principals. Includes accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, reporting, inventory, chargebacks, etc. Performs trend analysis to assist decision making.
