Webmaster needed for rapidly growing company in West Palm Beach, FL.

Job Description:Interface/integrate front office/back office. Program and upload pages to the website. Ensure that the website is accessible. Ensure that images are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality. Create image links and ensure that the links are up to date. Troubleshoot and repair bugs and problems. Provide and analyze traffic statistics and generate reports. Site design.

Requirements:Knowledge and understanding of current authoring languages, editing and authoring tools, including Photoshop and related website technologies. Knowledge of HTML, JAVA, FLASH, web page creation, and web site maintenance. Knowledge of Web Server technologies, Internet, Intranet, Relational Databases, and internet software. Skill in computer graphic layout design Skill in the use of computerized page layout and design software Ability to evaluate new and evolving website technologies. Understanding of internet operations, functionality, and a wide range of internet programming and design tools. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Proofreading and editing skills Attention to detail and able to work independently. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with employees, department heads, representatives of other agencies, and the general public. Excellent telephone and people skills. Ability to make responsible judgment calls and able to deal with deadlines & changes.    Design skills/design background a plus.
