 At least one year experience training AHLTA Additional training experience A Bachelor’s Degree A clinical background (Physician, Nurse, Technician, etc)

Training Positions

Position Description:The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing training to military healthcare professionals on AHLTA, an electronic health records (EHR) software application.

Sustainment Training Team members will be located permanently at a specific Military Treatment Facility. The candidate will be responsible for developing training plans, scheduling training sessions, conducting instructor-led and one-on-one training, reporting status, gathering metrics, scheduling and conducting meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Preferred experience and skills:

· On-site AHLTA Experience

· AHLTA Instructor and training Experience

·  Clinical or hospital work experience (Medical, Dental, Optometry)

· Military background or knowledge

· Strong leadership skills

· Well organized, can reliably and consistently meet schedules and provide reports

· Can adapt to change

· Able to complete tasks with minimal instruction and guidance
