Administrative Specialist

Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing Vista International Operations, Inc. for all Human Resource and recruiting activities.  Vista International Operations, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: Administrative Specialist.

 

Selected candidate will perform traditional Administrative duties; Maintain message logs; Coordinate and provide support for conferences, meetings, planning sessions, working groups, etc. Must be proficient with Microsoft products; Candidate must understand and be able to create and manage databases; Maintain access rosters, assist with generating awards, sign individuals up for schools, TDY (DTS – Defense Travel System), etc. Must be able to understand basic military operational and planning language and terms in order to assist various planning branches; Work well in high stress environment; Must be able to update and manage a website daily to post updates and provide links to information provided military planners (website is primarily an information tool for planners to share critical information)

***Candidate must be able to travel up to 120 days per year (CONUS and OCONUS)and be available for on-call/as-needed after hour and weekend work.  Cell phone will be provded at company's expense.


Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience.

 

Candidate must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
