Air Quality Operations Services Assistant I

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking an Air Quality Operations Services Assistant I to provide customer service for the AirCheckTexas Repair and Replacement Assistance: Drive A Clean Machine Program.  Responsibilities include answering phones, determining participant eligibility using simple calculations, faxing, copying, filing, and assisting in large mailings.  Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment; communicate effectively and efficiently in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing and be able to operate Windows-based computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.  Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.  The salary range for an Air Quality Services Assistant I is $2,700.25 to $2,970.28 per month; DOQ.  Applicants are encouraged to mail, fax or e-mail resumes by May 12, 2008, to the Transportation Department, North Central Texas Council of Governments, P.O.
