US Citizenship required.The Application Integration Lead will employ systems engineering best practices and life-cycle activities to integrate, test, pilot, and implement new information technologies, including the configuration of Common Off the Shelf (COTS) software products, to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA’s) vision. Manage the systematic conversion of requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Should have knowledge and experience with multiple systems engineering disciplines and system engineering support throughout the system life cycle.Directs and coordinates activities concerned with implementation and carrying out assigned tasks in support of the knowledge management (KM), content management and business intelligence capabilities for the Agency. Employs existing processes and recommends process improvements. Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.Required SkillsShould have knowledge of model-driven development and Unified Modeling Language (UML).Required ExperienceThis position requires a Bachelors degree in systems engineering or related computer discipline and minimum 10 years of related experience. PMP certification is preferred.
