We have an immediate opening for an Applications Engineer to provide design assistance and support to our customers, sales personnel, end users, and our marketing staff. This is a great opportunity to learn the fire protection business from the front line of customer contact. This position offers the unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise, work closely with your customers and have a direct impact in the growth of our business.

By various means of communication, design assistance involves hazard analysis, design verification, system design and CAD drafting, in accordance with product specifications, code requirements, applicable standards and good engineering practices. This position also entails travel for site surveys, and distributor on site assistance and commissioning. Additionally you will assist in the training of distributors for all fire protection systems including design, maintenance, and installation.


BSME or BSMET required.

1-3 years experience in an engineering environment is preferred but we are willing to train new graduates. Experience working with fire protection systems a plus. Demonstrated experience with AutoCad LT and MS Office software applications as well as excellent communication skills (written and oroal0 also required. NICET certification preferred..
