Army Logistics Specialist

Position is as a senior member of a Training Team conducting mobile training in support of the Army RESET Management Tool (ARMT). The end result will be a trained ARMT customer base that will provide the direct requirements in support of the Army directive to utilize ARMT as the official tool for the Army RESET Program. 
Candidate will:
- be part of a training section that will be trained on programs and tools associated with the Army ARMT and then provide training to other Army personnel, the standard "Train the Trainer" concept.
- conduct LIW Tools software application training, schedule and track ARMT training and support operating an ARMT Help Desk.
- develop ARMT training materials IAW approved Army guidelines and document any changes in any of these areas.
- be part of a mobile team that will visit Army units to conduct training on the ARMT.
- participate in conducting training surveys, updating training materials, work at the help desk, resolve training issues, document individual unit training and support the overall training program.
- will supervise and oversee the efforts of one or two junior trainers.
As a senior member of the mobile training team, this individual must:
- be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision. 
- have the ability to make qualified independent judgements
- be able to interact effectively with both military and civilian Army personnel and speak knowledgeably concerning the program. 
The qualified candidate should have:

- Secret Clearance
- experience working with US military, preferably Army logistics, maintenance and/or training programs 
- be familiar with Army training methods and courseware. 
- demonstrated knowledge of Army training and/or logistics databases. 
- BA/BS degree is preferred with at least 8 years experience or high school with 11 years experience.  Army operational or TRADOC school experience is highly desirable. 
- high quality computer skills and be familiar with the MS Office suite
