Meade, MDRelocation: YesPerformance Profile: CRM developers will be responsible for design, development, testing, and support of the CRM application.-Configuration & customization utilizing a development tool-Data Interfaces development -Minor server administration -Develop and manage reports using a report development tool-Work with the business analysis team to add technical input for custom designs-Understand system integration and the system interaction within the business-Production support, including resolving end user Service Requests, troubleshooting and providing solutions to end user issues-Candidate should also have experience with some system administration, and understand the concepts relating to managing and migrating development, test, and production environmentsPosition-specific Requirements:-US Citizen who is clearable-3-5 years of design and development experience in current CRM packages, ideally in an Oracle environment.-1-2 years system administration experience in current CRM packages -CRM development configuration and customization, web services, EAI, scripting languages, and workflow experience -Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data model-Exposure to Java -Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to articulate complex concepts to user and technical audiences. -Technical knowledge and best practices of CRM configuration and customizations -Certified as a CRM developer in a current CRM package -CRM upgrade experience. -Data migration experience.-Webservice and other integration technologies.-Excellent communication (written and personal) and interpersonal skills.Minimum years of experience required: Logistics:No travel outside of the local area is required for this positionBearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
