Contract Administrator

 Responsibilities include assisting in the management of the prime contract including regular customer interface, ongoing contract modifications, regular requests for additional work, audit requests and other annual review requirements. Will assist in the management of the program's major fixed price subcontracts with telecommunications, consulting, and technology providers. Will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation and management of varied contract types including but not limited to: time and materials, firm-fixed price, and unit-based contracts. Will also be required to review contractual documents for protection of company’s contractual risk position, satisfaction of customer specifications and requirements and adherence to company policy. May be asked to advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretations of terms and conditions.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 This individual must be familiar with contract principles and procedures, general procurement processes, and negotiation techniques. DoD ITARimport and export. The position requires that the candidate work closely with project management, business management, subcontractors, and purchasing representatives. We are looking for a Contracts professional with a broad base of experience in contracts, subcontracts, pricing, and procurement to support the management of all contract and subcontract administration efforts.
