Contracts Manager

Chantilly, VA

 

Provide cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration. Provide proposal support. Prepare and negotiate teaming agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, subcontracts and reseller agreements. Advise program managers and finance of contractual rights and obligations.

5 plus years of experience administering Federal contracts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Excellent customer service skills. Experience with CPFF, T&M and FFP contract types. Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, manage workload and meet deadlines independently.

Experience administering Department of Defense contracts. Experience with both prime and subcontract administration. Experience using MS Office suite of products.
