Document Scanner Lead

JHT, a government contractor, is seeking a full-time (7am-4pm Mon-Fri) Lead Document Scannerto support the federal printing and publishing office at McAlester Army Ammo Depot.Specific duties include:

 

Carry out instructions for work assignments as indicated by Contractor Production Supervisor.

Communicate shift change over instructions relating to equipment problems, job status, etc.

Plan, organize and distribute workload to subordinate personnel according to priority and customer requirements

Ensure the accuracy and quality of products.

Report equipment malfunctions and problems to applicable vendors for repair and maintenance.  Ensure that government representatives are informed.

Ensure subordinate employees complete all daily production reporting requirements in a timely manner.

In addition, the Lead Document Scanner is expected to perform all duties normally performed by Document Scanner operators.


Requirements

Experience dealing with all aspects of in-house electronic printing production processes and equipment operations

 

High School graduate of GED equivalence

 

Ability to operate Microsoft Windows PC system

 

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Adobe software
