We currently have a position for a contract in Fairport Harbor, OH starting immediately.  You will help to build on our organization's already considerable strengths, working to make a real difference to the quality of the service we provide our clients.  In addition to your anchor role, you will also play a key role in the corporate management of our group, supporting your colleagues in the executive team and advising our Board of Management with first class strategic advice.

 

The successful candidate will require being experienced in managing 5 to 10 personnel working for a federal government contractor with at a minimum of 5 years experience specifically in providing manufacturing services.  The ideal candidate will have development and management experience in manufacturing. As the contractor's contract manager, you are totally responsible for this account, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the

organization to subordinates while motivating team members.  You will be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract. You will also provide supervision, training and direction to support staff.
