Join us and work with a team that is highly respected throughout the industry.Job Description:A Field Service Engineer II has the responsibility of ensuring the users of our equipment are satisfied with its performance and prompt onsite service. You will represent yourself and the Company in a professional manner and provide installation and maintenance service for the Cargo and ZVB products lines. You will maintain technical documentation and assign equipment in good working order. Tasks that will be routinely performed include emergency and preventive service, new product support and customer training. Position requires an individual who is flexible and capable of dealing sudden changes in a work schedule. Primary position location is in Mid Atlantic region, but will extend to various locations throughout the United States and occasionally international assignments. Extensive travel is expected.Requirements:BS in Electric Technology/Engineering with Mechanical Engineering experience or equivalent Strong digital, analog and mechanical background Computer experience to include Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 2000/XP Proven ability to work independently and multi-task assignments Strong theoretical and practical problem solving skills
