We are seeking a Finance Manager preferably with state/local or federal client experience for our HIM group based out of Reston, Virginia. The successful candidate will perform HIM (Healthcare Information Management group)financial modeling, Overall responsibility for budget development, operational analysis, planning, forecasting and budget to cost variance analysis. Develop standardized management reporting packages, program and operational reviews. Provide oversight on pricing strategies and proposal development to ensure risks and contingencies are adequately covered. Provide leadership to project controllers in disparate locations. Provide guidance and education to operations managers across the organization on financial matters. Drive results on financial performance. Innovate to improve processes and understanding within the organization. Provide support to HIM executive team and HIM Finance Director on special projects and analysis.QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
