Financial Transaction Processing RepresentativeThe Autoload Technician will be responsible for processing Autoload funding requests from the Translink Web site and Call Center by making the appropriate entries in multiple financial reconciliation and reporting systems

Duties:

* Supports accounting month-end reporting by making journal entries; posting data; running general ledgers, detail reports, and financial statements.

*Report current and potential problems affecting settlement.

* Support and aassist Settlement Accountants with daily Translink settlement processing.

*Analysis of charge backs and follow-up with credit card issuers and banks

*Responsible for timely and accurate handling of high volume of Autoload transactions on a daily basis.

*Documents operations by keeping logs of jobs processed, failures, corrective actions.

*Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Essential:

 

· Solid Bookkeeping background

· Knowledge of Electronic Fund Movement
