Graphic Artist (Litigation)

The litigation graphics designer is assigned to and directed by the Senior Litigation Graphics Designer. The litigation graphics artist will perform the job functions of creating visuals for juries to understand the key elements of a trial.  This includes establishing a professional client-style relationship with individual attorneys, listening to their concerns about individual cases and making recommendations from a visual professional standpoint.  Execution of elements for trial will include all aspects of a presentation including PowerPoint presentation, visual display boards, and edited video and/or audio.

 

The Litigation Graphic Artist will also help with the design and execution of office collateral, special projects/events, and website maintenance.  Responsibilities also include moving and installing courtroom presentation equipment and a general knowledge of consumer electronics setup.  Ability to move approximately 50lb. cart on wheels and lift approximately 40lb.

 

Training and Experience:

Ø                         Degree in Graphics Design or equivalent

Ø                         3 years experience in a professional office environment a plus

Ø                         Proficient in foundation Graphics Design software:

·                           Adobe illustration or Freehand

·                           Adobe Photoshop

·                           Adobe Indesign or Quark Xpress

Ø                         Work and schedule assignments independently

Ø                         Work under tight deadlines

Ø                         Work with courtroom presentation equipment

 

Must have knowledge in the following software:

Ø     Microsoft PowerPoint

Ø     iPhone

Ø     iMovie
