Help Desk Support

We are currently seeking Help Desk Support for our location in San Antonio, TX. Job description: Position includes: Installing personal computer systems; installing and duplicating applications software; performing reboot; performing security scans; performing minor repairs; hardware and software trouble-shooting; and performing system backups. Will be working with McCafee/Norton Antivirus, Norton Ghost, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Need to have some basic networking skills including testing and creating network connections. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years experience required in the Windows 2000/XP environment. This includes installing personal computer systems, installing and duplicating applications software, performing reboot, performing security scans, performing minor repairs, hardware and software trouble-shooting, and performing system backups is required. Experience with McAfee/Norton Antivirus, Norton Ghost, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Basic networking skills including testing and creating network connections. Good communication, customer support skills and ability to work in a team environment is required. U.S. Citizenship is required. Position requires that candidate complete paperwork for completion of a NAC (National Agency Check). Favorable results are required to support this contract. Desired Skills: Prior military experience a definite plus, preferably with USAF IG Inspections.
