IT Recruiter

VICCS, Inc. an Information Technology is looking for a IT Recruiter to provide assistance in our Corporate Office Recruiting Department.  We are a rapidly growing IT services firm with a history of success.

The ideal IT Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.

 

VICCS will look to you to leverage your proven recruiting and/or technical background to identify key talent and manage the recruiting process. Additionally, you will need to source candidates through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns as well as your own direct recruiting practices. You will manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs, meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences, and contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.



Skills

Must have experience placing IT candidates for contract assignments. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Must have excellent negotiation skills and experience in internet recruiting, networking and knowledge in working with 3rd party vendors.  Sourcing strategies include but are not limited to internet job-boards, search agencies, networking events, cold calling, and employee referrals.
Must be able to multitask and build relationships with top candidates in the marketplace. Full time position includes competitive salary, commission plan and benefits

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, including senior level positions
• Experience recruiting for an IT Professional Services firm
• Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented, and demanding environment
• Possession of excellent analytical skills required

• Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills required
