JAICC Instructor

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at Oberon Associates, Inc.  Oberon is currently looking for Instructors who will develop and conduct training of human intelligence (HUMINT) collection and intelligence analysis in the Joint Analyst-Interrogator Collaboration Course (JAICC), a course within the HUMINT Training - Joint Center Of Excellence (HT-JCOE). Instructors shall be available to work days or evenings, including FTX's as needed, on Fort Huachuca and surrounding areas. Work hours scheduled for operations and study halls may occasionally occur during the weekend or after duty hours. Travel on Temporary duty may be involved. Training will emphasize aspects of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) most relevant to the JAICC Course.

Basic Qualifications Include:
Applicants must posses 5 years experience applicable to training HUMINT collectors. Previous experience as a 35M (previously 97E) and/or 351M or the Marine equivalent MOS 0251 & 0211, Interrogator/ Debriefer. Instructors must have a SECRET Clearance at the first day of performance.Employees must be U.S. citizens, at least 21 years of age, high school graduates, or equivalent or higher when this PWS so requires. Employees must possess the interpersonal skills to effectively relate their knowledge to students.

Preferred Experience Includes:Previous experience as a HUMINT collector in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and/or Operation ENDURING FREEDOM Previous experience as an instructor at USAIC&FHSuccessfully completed a TRADOC approved Instructor Training Course (ITC). Minimum of one tour in a TRADOC instructor billet. Masters Degree, preferably in Political Science/International Relations/Psychology Graduate of the Defense Strategic Debriefers Course / ASI N7 Graduate of the G2X Course Graduate of the DIA Collection Management Course Graduate of CFSO, SOC, MOTC, FTC, SF “Q” Course, or equivalent.
