PRIOR WARRANT OFFICER, 920B, WITH SARSS 2A EXPERIENCE

Translate Customer Needs And Goals Into Supply Action, Performance Objectives, And Change Management.  Analyze Trends & Performance.  Assist Customers In Interpreting Performance Measures.  Provide Customer Interface And Management Of The Focal Point For All SARSS-1 sites under the Fort Bragg CTASC (located at Redstone).  Manage Process Scheduling.  Assess And Manage Customer Event Scheduling.  Ensure Appropriate System Parameter Management.  Maintain Health Of Database And Systems Comprising The CTASC.  Provide Subject Matter Expertise In Systems Management And Applicable Systems Software (Includes: HP‑UX, Shell Script, Informix, And SARSS2AC/B Application) Author Specialized Processes To Meet Customer Unique Requirements.  Certify All Operators And Database Administrators.  Supervise and Train Operators, System Analysts, Logistics Analysts And Item Managers.  Manage, explain and provide recommendation to the customers for proper CTASC parameter settings which have a direct impact on SSA performance, supply transaction processing time, unit maintenance readiness and CCSS referral/lateral process.  Manage DODAAC's, Parameters, Scheduling, RIC GEO, Verification of ICPs on SARSS, Prioritize Work, Customer Assistance, Assign Privileges, Write/Update SQLs based on qualifications, Schedule SQLs, Catalogue Builds for all 18th ABN Corps Units.
