Personnel Security Specialist

Personnel Security Specialist will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of policies, programs, and procedures that address industrial security issues to ensure compliance with government, customer, and company requirements.

Specific duties are primarily administrative. Routine assignments encompass the processing and protection of Security Sensitive Information (SSI), management and queries of security databases, and direct customer interface. Areas of responsibility focus primarily on personnel security, but concurrently embrace aspects from the entire spectrum of security disciplines including, but not limited to, physical security (PhySec), operational security (OpSec), information security (InfoSec), communications security (ComSec), emanation protection (TechSec), international security, property control, and life safety (OSHA and NFPA compliance).

This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills. TS/SCI clearance strongly desired.
