We are defense contractor seeking an experienced professional to work with Human Resources data structure, test plan preparation, functional HR testing, HR Life Cycle Processing, and Pay for Performance Management.

 

Qualified candidates will have the ability to:

 Perform HR functional requirements analysisUnderstand and define the DCPDS functional requirements for the DCIPS Conversion and supporting HR processing. Conduct activities to set up the DCPDS development environment with appropriate position and employee records, Identify preliminary HR design solution alternatives, plan for HR functional requirements, and plan for testing of HR functionality based on completed requirements. Sub-contractor Services and/or Deliverables Required:Analyze Human Resource policy and procedures to determine functional requirements. Work with DCIPS HR functional specialists in defining HR system functionality for business processes in performance management and performance appraisal processes. Act as the liaison between the DCIPS HR functional analyst t and the computer system developer. Work with system design and development personnel to interpret functional requirementsDevelop a test plan for each functional requirement and upon completion of data coding, record test scripts to apply later as a regression test.Review request for functional definition, system impacts, and any interface system design impacts.
