Physician

The Washington Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking full time or part time primary care internal medicine or family practice physicians who have a strong interest in geriatric health care to join our medical team. Successful candidates will be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine or family practice preferably with 2-3 years experience.   Ability to work with complex, multi-ethnic veteran population. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.  Medical Malpractice insurance covered. 

 

The Washington Veterans Home is a State-run, 292-bed skilled and assisted living long-term care facility.  Located on the Kitsap Peninsula overlooking Sinclair Inlet near Port Orchard, Washington, it is approximately one hour from Seattle (via ferry or auto).

 

The Washington Soldiers Home is a State-run, 182-bed skilled, assisted and domicilliary care facility located at Orting in the beautiful Puyallup valley.
