Become a vital part of an exciting team focused on protecting NYC from rats and the West Nile virus using state of the art Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and data assessment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Assistant Commissioner of The Bureau of Veterinary and Pest Control Services (VPCS). This high profile management opportunity requires exceptional communication, technical and operational skills. VPCS deals with the regulation of animals in NYC including dog licensing, animal bites, rental horses and animal care and control. Also, The NYC Rodent Control Academy is a central part of VPCS.
