Program Analyst

Strategic Analysis is seeking a well-rounded individual to satisfy a requirement for a Program Analyst position with our government client. It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful candidate you will incorporate the following:

Requirements: Bachelor degree plus 10 years of experienceMaster’s degree preferredBackground in either program management, systems engineering, test and evaluation, demonstrated familiarity with principles or processes related to these areasKnowledge of various government policies and proceduresFamiliarity with issues concerning United States government interagency coordination and integrationRadiological/nuclear experience preferredFamiliarity with elements of civil aviation, the maritime domain, law enforcement and/or border enforcementExperience providing liaison between government agencies and their stakeholder communitiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)Excellent communication, written, and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requestsEmployment is contingent on the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceActive U.S. SECRET Clearance preferred; DOE Q Level Clearance preferredProject Management Institute (PMI) Certification preferred

Responsibilities:

As a Program Analyst, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to our government client, including but not limited to: assisting in the development and implementation of pilot programs in support of client mission areas, conducting analyses of current and planned pilot programs to identify future requirements, and coordinating with client offices to identify, provide, and integrate required support for pilot program efforts.  In addition, you will develop budgets and track expenditures as well as plan, coordinate and track allocated budget and personnel resources.  You will develop processes, procedures and documentation for the planning and execution of client pilot programs, help develop program reviews, briefings and presentations and compose after action/summary reports.  Last, you will act as key liaison to the user community in responding to requests for information, communicating best practices and lessons learned from pilot programs and ensuring pilot program implementation proceeds as planned.  Attendance is expected at meetings, workshops, and conferences as directed by the client.
