SAIC: From Science to Solutions™ Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee a major contract (200M) with the Department of State that is global in scope. The successful applicant's tasks will include: the oversight and supervision of a contract consisting of approximately 1,000-2,000 personnel in diverse locations around the world; daily liaison with senior DOS managers to assure contract compliance and satisfaction; successfully responding to Task Order deadlines established by DOS; managing budgetary and personnel matters for the SAIC-team; meeting all deliverable dates as determined by DOS; other duties as established in contract requirements. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and tracking major aspects of the project, including technology, schedules, costs, and contract/customer satisfaction. Interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum three years involvement in a senior management capacity (SES/SFS/SIS level preferred) associated with an international training program for foreign law enforcement officers or comparable program. -Minimum two years experience living/working overseas for the U.S. Government in a non-U.S. cultural environment. -Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. -Knowledge of Department of State policy processes and policy objectives. Desired Qualifications: Work experience in Iraq, Afghanistan or similar high-threat locale. -Working level experience with DOS procurement and logistics, budgetary and personnel issues. -Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power point) -Previous experience in DOS DS/ATA, INL/CIVPOL, DOJ/ICITAP or similar program.
