Program Manager JIEDDO Embedded Law Enforcement ProfessionalsDefense Department’s Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat OrganizationIraq or Afghanistan RESUMES ONLY – PENDING CONTRACT DynCorp International (DI) is supporting the Defense Department's Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) by embedding Law Enforcement Professionals (LEP) in the US Army and Marine units deployed to Operation Iraqi freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). LEPs assist U.S. Army and Marine units by applying a law enforcement counter-criminal perspective for IED investigations, analysis and advising to the execution of counterinsurgency operations relevant to the supported battalion, brigade or regimental area of responsibility in Iraq or Afghanistan. The Program Manager (PM) will liaise between senior U.S. Army and Marine Commanders, and senior experienced law enforcement professionals embedded within operational and tactical combat forces. The PM responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides executive level direction and supervision for the development and submission of all individual contract requirements and fulfilling all Program requirements as directed by the JIEDDO Program Office, often in austere and fluid environments. Responsible for DI Program Operations, Logistics, Plans, Contracts, Human Resources, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Quality Assurance. Principal DI Representative to the DoD JIEDDO Program Office and will liaise between senior U.S. Army and Marine Commanders and senior experienced law enforcement professionals embedded within operational and tactical combat forces. Responsible for all Program monetary resources and ensures compliance with DI budget requirements and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Responsible for fulfilling all customer requirements as prescribed in Task Order Performance Work Statements. Must possess a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for time-sensitive requirements. Must possess outstanding leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: U.S. Citizen Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree is preferred. Former Public Safety/Police, Military or International Security Operations experience with no less than a combined total of 15 years Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience is required in the military or law enforcement field. Experience working with senior level law enforcement officers, investigators, and federal agents is desired. Extensive OCONUS program operations is required in Iraq and/or Afghanistan Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
