Project Analyst - USJFCOM - Norfolk VA!

Managing our work force of over 350 employees from our Corporate Headquarters in Alexandria, VA and two regional offices, Capstone satisfies customer operational and technical needs by delivering services and solutions for military/civil operations, enterprise technical requirements and organization and mission support systems. Our primary customer focus is within the federal government and Department of Defense. We are currently seeking a Project Analyst to provide manpower analysis to support the US Joint Forces Command JO2HR Directorate for civilian personnel actions in connection with the Civilian Classification Program.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in planning, development, coordination, and management of USJFCOM's strategic and performance planning process and integration with budget.  Primary responsibilities include research and analysis related to business strategies for the workforce system, providing advice on program design, processes, methods, and procedures to support compliance with the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).  Responsible for forecasting necessary future workforce requirements based on analysis and labor force dynamics.

Qualifications:

Ten years professional experience in studying and analyzing the workforce and working with budget programs to identify potential labor trends to predict future position requirements.  Bachelors degree preferred.  Combination of education and experience will be considered.  Final secret clearance required.
