Proposal Support

We are looking for a proposal support specialist; someone with both graphics design skill and more importantly editing and desktop publishing skills. The graphics need not be cutting edge, but must be professional quality; the editing, writing and publishing will mostly center around working with already written blocks of text, doing some customizing and formatting, and most importantly crafting a good looking proposal.

This position will not be initially full time; the ideal candidate is probably an independent contractor who will be able to free up 20-25 hours a week on average (crunch time requiring more hours). This person will have past success in proposal work, especially government proposals, and be able to provide a sample of their work. Our office is located in a metro-accessible part of Silver Spring. Pay depends upon experience and what the candidate brings to the table, and is commensurate with the industry.
