Learn more about our innovative solutions, as well as our network of specialized technologies and customized career paths.  Rating Specialist   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Maintaining the Marketing and Policy-Management System·  Overseeing ongoing relationships with the numerous Insurance Carriers·  Maintaining the Property & Casualty Rating System·  Resolving Rating errors·  Interfacing with existing Property & Casualty Carriers·  Performing Research and Analysis (as assigned)·  Completing Special Projects (as assigned)   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance license·  4-6 years of Property & Casualty Policy experience·  2+ years of supervisory experience·  Knowledge of Property & Casualty products·  Knowledge of Rating Systems·  PC literacy·  Independent decision-making abilities   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Completion of college coursework   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
