Job Responsibilities:Supervise all regional outreach and administrative staff Supervise the daily activities of the staff including site and quality monitoring visits Resolve project issues in coordination with project staff, local office staff, and other community agencies Conduct public speaking and education of community agencies and local office staff Oversee reporting of issues, problems, and concerns to the Field Operations Manager Maintain professionalism in promoting oneself as a MAXIMUS staff person and a promoter of the Enrollment Broker project Maintain a team approach to the Enrollment Broker project and build a cohesive work unit Meet and exceed the performance objectives established Supervise the activities of the Outreach Program in accordance with MAXIMUS established policies and procedures Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Education/Experience:Some college education preferred Two to five years' experience in a supervisory position, social work, public administration, or a related field Computer literacy Ability to work with health care plans, community groups, and public agencies Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Knowledge of Medicaid, THSteps or STAR Program preferred
