Report Analyst (03440)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports in areas including call center performance, mailing, systems, enrollment, and field services Generate and analyze reports in accordance to a set schedule determined and approved by the Project Manager Extract, review, and analyze ad-hoc data on a daily basis Develop specialized or one-time customized reports, as required Provide reports and background information to staff and external sources as required Work with users to determine reports criteria for program modifications Develop, track and monitor routine ad-hoc reports Develop written reports and summaries of reports for internal and external sources Compile reports from multiple departments and generate summary reports based on the source of data received and provides written summary statistics Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience (High school diploma minimum) Strong analytical skills Two (2) years of experience in an analytical or quantitative position in health or human services field Ability to use spreadsheet, database, and reporting software Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Detail oriented with skill to obtain high level or general summaries Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Ability to understand and evaluate complex processes for reporting purposes Ability to develop and execute test plans for reports Knowledge and work experience with Medicaid Managed Care is optimal
