SENIOR or MID LEVEL DATA QUALITY MANAGER

Sr. & Jr. Data Quality Management needed: Provides competent leadership and highly specialized and technical guidance in data quality assessment of complex information systems.  Certify databases are in compliance with business requirements. Interfaces with Government management and technical personnel.  Reports in writing and orally to Government contract management personnel and other Government representatives. Provide data quality analysis and profiling support such as:Study business rules. Eliminate duplicate records or data. Validate addresses conform to standard and suggest corrections. Identify null or incomplete data Identify data patterns Verify conversions and transformations of data. Calculate statistical distribution. Identify and report on data quality trends.Assist developments in data migrations, conversions, consolidation, integration, and warehousing for various AISs. Prepare data quality artifacts, including:  data analysis, data quality assessment, data profiling, and data mining plans; and findings. Review and document existing Federal Client business processes and rules to access, analyze, and ensure data quality in Federal Client databases.Provide technical assistance with installation, configuration, and usage of the IBM, C4DQ, and Informatica data quality tool suites; and others listed.

 

Experience/Skills Required:

Experience with IBM and Informatica data quality tool suites

Experience in data quality assessment, data analysis, data profiling

Experience providing technical guidance in data quality assessment of complex information systems.

 

Clearance:  N/A (we can hold Secrets) - must be able to go through detailed background investigation
