The Department of Juvenile Justice, MIS Bureau is seeking applicants for a Systems Programming Administrator- Network Manager located in Tallahassee, Florida.  This is a Career Service position number 80080457, pay grade is 27 with a salary range from $26,445.90 to $109,963.62 yearly.  Please note this position will pay up to $70,000 based on the candidate’s experience.

 

The Systems Programming Administrator, Network Manager provides critical leadership for the major operations of the Department of Juvenile Justice’s computer network.  The ideal candidate should have demonstrated working experience in providing technical supervision and leadership for an Enterprise Network Operation.  The candidate must be able to work as part of a team on a local and enterprise level

 

In addition, this position requires working experience in strategically coordinating the following MIS integration projects: Disaster Recovery processes, planning and procedures, Citrix MetaFrame Server solutions, Trend Micro or other Antivirus Protection, Patch Management, 150 Wide Area Networks, 154 Local Area Networks, MS Active Directory supporting 9500+ objects accounts, MS Exchange 6000+ mailboxes, Windows 2003 Server 300 servers and 4500 XP Workstations, MS Systems Management Server (SMS), Windows Software Update Services (WSUS), Enterprise Desktop Deployment, MS Operations Manager, Firewall and Web Blocking Technologies, Clustering Technologies, SAN’s, equipment and software Inventory, Virtualization and Server Administration for the Enterprise Infrastructure Network. Special consideration will be given to candidates with Microsoft Certifications.
