Senior Accountant

Economic Development Organization located in Upper Manhattan seeks a Senior Accountant who is a team player. The salary ranges to $45,000 per year with medical, dental, vision and paid vacation. Responsibilities include bank reconciliation, monthly investment reconciliation, producing budget vs. actual variance reports, producing cash forecast, creating balance sheets, auditing prep work, preparing various journal entries for month end closing, payroll, 401K closing, reviewing journal entries, reconciling intra-company accounts, preparing loan receivable worksheet and recording accrued interest. Company will train on BLACKBOT financial edge software. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks is a plus.
