They will help develop methodologies and approaches for implementing human capital programs and process improvements. They will help define program requirements.They will work with developers to translate requirements into effective programs, systems and tools.They will facilitate change through stakeholder analysis, make recommendations to and engage leadership, and facilitate learning at all levels.They will manage work through project plans. They will prepare and submit monthly reports, citing risks, open issues, and wins as a result of the investment.They will plan and execute full-team meetings to review and develop key project deliverables.The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising BearingPoint team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance information.Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication.
