They will help develop methodologies and approaches for implementing human capital programs and process improvements. They will help define program requirements.They will work with developers to translate requirements into effective programs, systems and tools.They will facilitate change through stakeholder analysis, make recommendations to and engage leadership, and facilitate learning at all levels.They will manage work through project plans. They will prepare and submit monthly reports, citing risks, open issues, and wins as a result of the investment.They will plan and execute full-team meetings to review and develop key project deliverables.The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising BearingPoint team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance information.Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication. Position specific required skills:Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.Top Secret Security Clearance.At least 3 years experience in providing human capital consulting services in at least two of the following areas: Human capital strategic planning, human capital policy, performance management, change management, compensation and/or pay for performance, competency development, talent acquisition, workforce analysis / human capital business intelligence, human capital business process improvement and process automation, HR management system implementation.At least 2 years of management consulting experience,Position specific desired skills:MBA, Masters degree in Human Capital Management, I/O psychology or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience with federal or defense human capital policies and practiceAt least 1 year of experience facilitating groups of senior staff and leadership.Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)Logistics:No travel outside of the local area is required for this positionBearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
