Senior Contract Proposal Manager-Aerospace

As a Senior Contract Proposal Manager with ATK’s Aerospace Structures you will review incoming RFP's and RFQ's of business that will be awarded to ATK. You will review these business contracts for proposal process, including terms and conditions and pricing, and overall compliance. Develop business contract negotiation strategy and leads negotiations, advisor to Aircraft Product Segment V.P. and Clearfield Site V.P. Manage aportfolio of business contracts during the execution phase of the contract, including all functions associated with contract management with an emphasis on change management till close out of the completed contracts in accordance with closeout procedures. Manage and mentor 5-10 professionals and are the primary interface for external customers and site leadership. You will prepare and execute Non Disclosure agreements, Proprietary Information Agreements, and similar documents. The Senior Contract Proposal Manager should have a minumum of 15 years experience in contracts and proposals with a large defense contractor and Commercial Aircraft Company.Requirements; Min 10 years experience in contracts and proposals with a large defense contractor and Commercial Aircraft Company Knowledge of FAR and Commercial Contracting Experience in preparing and offering complex proposals and business solutions Experience in managing contract riskNote: Bachelors degree candidates with 10 years will be considered or candidates with out a college degree 15 years experience is required.
