Senior Legal Counsel - Aerospace/Defense

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing complete legal advice and service to two cutting-edge business divisions with operations in eight states. Will play a dynamic, value-added role for two division senior staffs headquartered in Salt Lake City and Los Angeles areas. Independently provide high qualified, timely and accurate legal advice on a wide range of complex legal issue. Requires an extremely customer-oriented attitude, couple with the ability to seamlessly integrate into fluid and highly dynamic business environment. A proactive attitude, and the ability to become a valued member of the senior leadership teams, is required. International travel may be required. Requirements: 8 years of legal experience and admitted to a state bar. Graduated from a accredited law school Able to qualify for a US government clearance. Substantial government and commercial contracts experience. Travel is required. Addition but not required Financial or audit background is a plus. CRADA, non-discloser agreements, technical data rights and claims are a plus Successful private law firm or government is a plus. ATK is on the move.
